I am trying to add G-suite email to my Weebly account. I've added it, but the message: "This G Suite account is currently being configured. Check back soon to manage your email accounts" has been there for days. When I go to the Inbox Google says that "Your account has not been verified. Ask your G Suite administrator to verify the domain associated with your account". I have tried every suggestion I can find - can anyone help?
The MX records are correct. I have verified that I own the website through google previously, through my personal gmail account, to enable Google Console, has that caused a conflict somehow!?
I've emailed Weebly several times with no respone. Any help much appreciated.

Thanks for posting, @FeelingThePain. I've made your user a Super Admin, so you should be able to log into the Admin console and verify the domain to complete configuration.

You should be able to reset the password for the user on the G Suite page of your Weebly account. Did you try using that to reset the password yet? I wasn't sure if you tried there or at Google.

Not a problem, @cindyjbj - I've made your user an admin so you can log into the admin console with it.

Hi @Adam . Thanks so much for your help. I was able to log in using the email address, but upon clicking 'Accept' on the agreement I received a message that says my account has been suspended. I don't know what went wrong.

Hi Adam,
I have the exact same issue with my account too. Can you help me as well please!! I've reached out to Weebly service through email and haven't heard a response in almost 2 weeks.... We have some marketing material out there with our g suite email address on it, but we can't access the account yet to see if there are any potential customers that have reached out.
Let me know if you need any additional information to help. THANK YOU!!

Hi @Brown_Shoe_Crew Can you please confirm if you have tried logging into admin.google.com? You will need to verify the domain name first before you can send/receive any email.

No problem, @ceilidh. I've made your user an admin so you can log into the admin console for your domain. Once there you should see some message about accepting Google's terms of service and verifying your domain.

Thank you very much @Adam ! You have helped many tremendously. I am able to go in and in the process of verifying the Domain before I can use my emails.
Does the below message mean I have to wait for someone (registar) to publish the code? I have done this with Weeblys instructions.
'Important! It might take additional time for your registrar to publish the verification code. If the Google Workspace setup tool gives you an error message, wait an hour before you try again.
In extreme cases, it can take up to 48 hours for your registrar to publish your verification code.'

That message means that if you added the TXT record for your domain that it can take 24 hours or so for that DNS change to propagate.

Hi @Bernadette ! I tried loggin with the email of the site, [removed personal information], in https://admin.google.com/ and give me the following error: "admin.google.com is used for Google Workspace accounts only. Regular Gmail accounts cannot be used to sign in to admin.google.com."
I also tried with the email of the Weebly account, [removed personal information], but the error is the same. And in that case is true because is a "@gmail" account.
From the "..." of the Emails section I could go to "Google Admin" and appears this message "This account is managed by your administrator". "This account is managed by blessedpathsolutions.com". So, it' like there is another account with administrator users but It's not the email account. (I only have 1 email account created for this site and is [removed personal information], but is this account doesn't have admin privilegies.

Thank you for your patience. Can you please try logging into admin.google.com once more to see if you still see the error? You should be able to log in successfully now.

Thanks for your post, @needweeblyhelp. I just made the user you created an admin of your G Suite service (this should normally happen automatically). You should now be able to log into the admin console for the service and accept Google's terms of service so it completes configuration.

Thanks for your post, @BWAPTS. I converted your user to an admin account (normally this is done automatically). You should be able to log into the Admin console now so you can accept Google's terms of service.
