quickbooks online has no connection

Anyone having issues with Quickbooks online connecting to Square? This has been ongoing for us. All Intuit will say is they will create a ticket but that this is a Square issue. 

I'd love to know if anyone has some insight!

Hi @mimigreen ! 

 

Like @Candlestore has recommended, please try updating or removing the integration and try reconnecting. Square hasn't been experiencing any disruptions with Quickbooks, so I believe it would be on QB's end to troubleshoot.

Intuit creates the module that connects to Square.  Since Square is not having any issues right now, with Payments and Transactions.  This leads me to believe something else is happening with the API that QBO has setup or your internet connection may not be stable when trying to see this.    Was you Integration between QBO and Square working before or are you just trying to set this up?

@mimigreen ;

I wonder if you may need to update the integration app?  Or remove that integration and try adding again?  I used a 3rd party integration for my connection but switched from QBs to another accounting package because of QB pricing for Online now.  I used QBDesktop before, which is gone or really expensive for my needs.
