items have disappeared from dashboard

I am trying to write POs and I need to add variations to items.  I search for items and they are no longer in my dashboard. I see them in my POS but not in dashboard.  this has been going on for over a week now.

Are you searching for items under the correct location/all locations?

I am having this problem, too. Yes, I am searching correctly. I've been using Square/Weebly for years. This has never happened before.
