insert image into blog text block

I assume there MUST be a way to insert an image (in this case, flush right) into a text block in my blog? I was able to insert an image flush left...but flush right just goes to the top of the page or the bottom, below the text I want it next to. I am trying to drag the image into the text area, but no go. I called Weebly, they say it can't be done...but surely it can???

@kenmeyerjr Thank you for your patience, and I apologize for the delay while we collaborated with our ECOM team.

Yes, you can insert an image (specifically, aligned flush right) within a text block by following these steps:

  1. Drag and drop the text element into the blog post.
  2. Add your text content.
  3. Drag and drop the image element into the blog post.
  4. Once the image element is added, you can then drag and drop the image element to its preferred position within the post.

The key is to drop the image in the post first, then you can reposition it as needed.

If you need any more assistance, feel free to reach out!

@kenmeyerjr, just to confirm, are you receiving an error message?

Yes, I am...I would attach a screen grab, but I don't see how to do it here when the box pops up, since I cannot just drag and drop, but it basically says "unable to create directory wp-content/uploads/2024/07. Is its parent directory writable by the server?" In the past, I was free to drag and drop or "insert here," but now nothing seems to work as to inserting an image.
