Elements not showing on Blog - Color block, Blog Cards etc. Please help!!

Hi! I'm having intermittent issues where certain elements are not populating in my blog posts once published even though they show perfectly in the editor.

Example Post: Celebrity Raw on 5 Menu with Prices

For instance, there is a color block at the top of this blog post behind the table of contents - it does not show when published.

Additionally, my bloggons cards throughout the post do not show, but the text from the article shows. It's very confusing to the reader because it's not even clickable.  You can see an example here: Which ships have Raw on 5?

I had this happen also on this post recently. This was the first time I noticed this happening and I'm pretty sure it happened after publishing because when I first reviewed the post after I published, I did not note these issues. It was only later when I looked back at the article to link it elsewhere did I see there was now an issue and the formatting looked awful as a result.

What is Celebrity Xcel Dream Makers?
It was such a mess to the point that I just deleted the Blog Cards and left only the titles linked as you can see. This robs the page of the visual element that the blog cards bring, though. 😞

I'm confused as to why this is happening sometimes, not all the time. For instance this post

Mango Lassi + Pineapple Coconut Lassi Vitasia - Lidl Review

If you scroll to the bottom you can see that the gray color box shows just fine as well as the blog cards within said box.

What is happening here?! @Square

Any help is very much appreciated 🙂

Hi @FoodieTravel

Thank you for your patience. I've received feedback from our Advanced Support team regarding your issue. Here's what they found:

  1. Color Block Issue: The team reviewed your site editor and noted that while a color block is indeed added to the blog post, it wasn't initially visible in the editor. They had to click on it to confirm its presence, which might have been just the editor highlighting it. They recommend changing the color block to a more contrasting color to see if it becomes more visible. If this doesn't resolve the issue, since Color Block is a third-party app, please contact the app creator for further assistance: Finite Wisdom.

  2. Blog Cards Issue: For the Blogons issue, please reach out directly to their support team for help: Waddons.

If you encounter any issues with a specific app, you can get help by clicking on Apps at the top of the editor, selecting My Apps, clicking the three dots (...) next to the app, and choosing Get Help from the dropdown menu. This will guide you on how to contact the app's support team or direct you to contact us if it's a Weebly app.

I'm sorry I couldn't provide more direct assistance. If you have further questions, please feel free to reach out.
