how to send personalized automated message after a client books a service
I just need to be able to send some generalized information immediately after their appointment is confirmed. directions/pre-appointment information/method of payment. I do not want to send one mass text. I only want to send them based upon booking so that i don't have to do it from my personal phone every single confirmed booking. id prefer that it be text message instead of email. Unsure how to do that.

At the time SMS messages can not be customized. You are able to customize the confirmation email that goes out after an appointment is booked. I'll leave a link below that may help you in this case 🙂
