help with variations

On my desktip it keeps adding variations to my products, I will go in and delete them and come back later and they are back, also on my phone app it is drawing lines through my products, and erases the price, sku, and inventory, I have went in and corrected it several times and it keeps doing it.  I have uninstalled app and reinstalled did not help.  Called Square and can

t seem to get an answer, but they say they are working on it. I am losing business because my inventory and pricing keeps dissappearing...help

I honestly believe that this is something that could be related to your browser/internet connection. I checked to see if there were other reports here in the community similar to yours but could not find anything @vpatterson. Hopefully, our team is able to address this issue soon for you. 

In the meantime, I recommend making sure that you are using Google Chrome's latest version to access the Dashboard, and if you are you can try clearing all cache and cookies to make sure there isn't an error there.
