follow up emails
I'm hoping someone can help.
Do you know if you can send a follow up email to send once a customer has had their appointment to encourage re booking if they have not re booked at appointment. also to send one asking for a goofle review as well as how was their appointment?

At this time the email notification options we have available for Square Appointments are for reminders and confirmations, we don't have a follow-up option.
Feel free to visit our Appointments Ideate board to share your suggestion and let us know how it would benefit your business.
You could potentially use Square Marketing to create a campaign for these types of communications but it would be a more lengthy process as you would need to manually select your customers that have visited your business recently.
