Why is "View page settings" not working?

When I hover over the gear symbol the first option is "view page setting" and when I    click on it it doesn't do anything. Anyone have this issue or know how to fix?

I have not heard of this issue before, and mine appears to be working. Can you confirm your website URL, and the page you are trying to edit?
