Why can’t I sign into weebly?

I’ve been trying for days and still can not get access to Weebly. Why? Not matter how I try to sign in it will not let me. NOT with square, NOT with google, NOT with Facebook and NOT with Weebly. This is the page it keeps sending me too.

Is there a working way to set up my site since Weebly doesn’t work?

Hi @TingTing 👋 Sorry to hear you are having trouble signing in! We can try to help you out with this if you confirm your website URL. 

Do you see any type of error message, or does the page just reload?

It gives me this message when I sign in using the square sign in: Log in failed, a temporary error occurred. Then when I sign in using the regular Weebly sign in it says: Log in failed. Try log in with square button. I can get on square but I have no way to make a website because I can not log in to their Weebly partner.

I don’t have a website url yet, couldn’t sign in to get one 🤷🏼‍♀️

I picked The Hangry Heifer name if that helps?

Hmm.. so you are able to log into the Square dashboard? Can you try these steps: 

Visit weebly.com/login

Type in your email address, then click the button that says "login with square" 

After you enter your password it should redirect you to the Weebly dashboard. It would also be helpful to try signing in through a private or incognito browser window. 

If you are routed to the Square dashboard, do you see a link or tab that says "Online"?
