Why aren’t my shipping options showing up at checkout for online orders?

I have followed SEVERAL threads, tutorials, videos etc. nothing has worked. When the online order goes to checkout the shipping is not there. In my research I have observed several complaints regarding this. I’m losing time and money every day that this matter is not resolved. PLEASE ADVISE!

Since we cannot discuss account-specific information on the seller community I advise you to speak with our Square Online Team at 1-855-700-6000 squ.re/contactsqsupport. They can take a further look into your account and settings to determine what is going on.
