Not receiving notifications

I am not receiving all my notifications. Specifically, I am not receiving transfer or refund notifications.  This has been happening for over 2 months now. I have reached out to square support multiple times and still have no resolution. 

 

I don't think it's in my settings, because I can receive individual transaction notifications. 

 

Any one else experiencing this? Any ideas for a solution?

I had exactly the same problem that suddenly started out of the blue and lasted for 2 months or so. I reached out to square support many many times. The only way that I was able to correct it is to change the email address for my admin user. So I just created an alternate email address in our domain and added it there and suddenly that email account started getting all of the notifications.  Square is still unable to tell me why. Both email accounts are in the same domain which I control through Google workspace and the square from address was added to my whitelist and safe senders list and contact list etc.
