Trying to get someone in customer retention/sales

Trying to find out if there's a secret number or a way to contact somebody and customer retention or sales? I've been calling for almost two weeks trying to get somebody to talk to. We have drippos equipment here that we are to be getting ready to launch and I just wanted to talk to somebody in square before we made that transition on some things. I've tried calling and the only thing they can tell me is there's no number for that and they can't transfer me that they have to escalate a ticket for somebody to call me. First of all I run a business and I'm very busy I only get certain times or I can take a call or make a call and I would like to be able to talk to somebody when I'm able to do that not when it's convenient for them to call me back. Also it's been almost 2 weeks and nobody's even tried calling me

Hi there @Danielleknable.  Not Square here.  Just a fellow seller.  Is there any way that those of us here could assist you?  I’ve read your post a couple of times and can’t figure out hoe DripPOS relates to this Square seller community, especially since I don’t see a way that DripPOS and Square can be synced or connected at all.  So, it would help to get clarification on that point, as well as to know the specific questions that you have.  If I can’t help you, I can probably alert someone here who can.

Are you trying to Export or Import your Items to or From Square to or From Dripos?  I am as confused as @TheRealChipA , since from what I am reading from you and saw on the Dripos website, Square and Dripos are competitors. So I am just trying to figure out what is or are the questions you would like to have answered.   Did you try contacting Dripos about your concerns with in the last 2 weeks?  Since all of us here use Square, we might be able to help you with that but not with the Dripos system.
