Trouble setting tipping percentages.

Hello. I am having an issue with the tipping settings. I have it set to 15%, 20% and 25%. However, upon inserting card, the only options that show on the screen are 20% and 25%. Can you please help?

To get going, was this happening for every transaction? Would you be able to take a screenshot of your settings and of the tipping screen during check out? Have you tried signing out, and then back in? It may also be worth deleting, and then reinstalling the app. Look forward to hearing back!
