Sometimes it seems the app goes into offline mode even when I'm still connected to the internet

Sometimes it seems the app goes into offline mode even when I'm clearly still connected to the internet. Has anyone ever experienced this or have any knowledge as to whether my phone provider may be the culprit? I've now lost out on $100 due to the offline mode not catching the Decline status.

Don’t use offline mode as a standard practice. Only turn it on when you need it or plan on using it. There are times when you may experience slow our what may seem like a pause in service. With offline mode on thes connection issues will trigger the use of offline mode. Either offline mode off the system will wait to establish a connection.
