Profile image not loading

When attempting to create a new location my profile image will not load.  I keep getting the message " profile image must be image/jpeg, etc".  I am attempting to load a jpeg and have resized it to 2328x1144 as suggested.  I have also tried png formatted image with no luck.  Any suggestions?

I'm sorry for the frustration @Wildyam and @FDP. The issue could be with the browser you're using — I recommend switching to a browser like Chrome or Firefox before trying to upload your image again. I also suggest going through these Dashboard troubleshooting steps which should help!
