Before the Shipping Fulfillment feature was migrated from the Weebly/Online Dashboard to the regular Square Dashboard, I had our packing slips set up to print our return policy on them. This is something that appears to be missing from the new integration. It's possible that I've not been able to find the setting to switch it on, but I've looked everywhere I can think to. Anybody have any idea? (I really don't want to have to run it through the printer twice if I can avoid it.)

Thanks for resurfacing this post.
If you’re printing your packing slips directly via your order manager on the Square Dashboard, the packing slip will show the customer, courier, delivery rate, item name/quantity, company name and address, and logo.
If you manage and print your packing slips via Shippo, this help article discusses how you can add a store policy on your packing slip.
If you’re having any trouble with the options available within the Shippo platform, or if you have any questions about the features available within the integration, you would need to contact Shippo directly for support.

We have the same problem! This really needs to be fixed! We have hundreds of orders and this info is needed on the packing slips!

The packing slip has the item SKU, not the item description.
