Quick Fixes:
- Force close and restart the Square Point of Sale app
- Ensure your device's operating system is up to date
- Check that Square has permission to access the keyboard

Device-Specific Checks:
For iOS devices:
- Go to Settings > General > Keyboard
- Make sure "Keyboards" is properly configured
- Toggle "Reset Keyboard Dictionary"
For Android devices:
- Clear the app cache (Settings > Apps > Square > Storage > Clear Cache)
- Check keyboard settings in device Settings > System > Languages & input
- Verify no third-party keyboard apps are interfering

- Verify you're running the latest version of Square Point of Sale
- Check your receipt settings are properly configured
- Try toggling the digital receipt settings off and back on
