All items suddenly disappeared from my site - HELP!
We sell food for pick up each week. Two different locations/days to choose from. When shoppers log into our site, they are asked to choose their preferred location/date and then begin the order process. Upon launching the site, everything was great... received orders all morning/afternoon. Then, sometime around 6PM, everything vanished.
I've done all the trouble shooting (visible on site, available at all locations, pick up timing, we even added 24/365 store hours to see if there was a cut off - there wasn't). We also hopped on a chat thread with Support and they had NO solutions. HELP!
We simply need a shopper to hop on, place and order, and choose Wednesday evening pick up at the kitchen or Saturday morning pick up at the Farmers Market. #TIA

Another anomaly - when troubleshooting, we activated the "show most popular" toggle and items we don't even have in our library anymore appeared. However, when testing the preview, the items couldn't be added to our cart.
