Mobile App not working?

Customer cannot place order because the "Place Order" is greyed out. Then after viewing the cart and going back to the order, all items have the "This item not available for shipping" notice. I don't have a store front, all my items are shipping only. 

 

This error seems to happen when people view their cart, then go back and try to order something else or simply place the order.  Anyone else see this? I'm fortunate that the customer sent me pics, because I can't see an order in progress on my side.

 

I told the customer I would just send an invoice, but I still wonder how many sales I'm losing from customers that don't contact me.

Hi @FlamingEyeballG 👋  Have you by chance tried to run through an order yourself to see if you're also seeing the same thing? If not, can you try and let me know the results as well as which type of device you're using to try and place the order? I'll keep an eye out for your response.
