Hi! For a couple of weeks now, I don't see any of the items' images on either my iPhone or Samsung Tablet app. I have updated apps on both devices. I've logged out and closed apps for both. I can see the images on my desktop on squareup.com. What am I missing?

@leftnwrite That sounds pretty strange. Have you made sure you're signed in to the same location that your item library is listed in?
It sounds like you might be signing into a location that doesn't have any items.

Thanks for your reply. The problem seems to be solved on my iPhone. I still have the same issue on the Samsung Tablet. I reset the device code to start fresh. Like before, all items are showing up. It's just the image that doesn't load. If I go in the Items sections and go to a specific item it will tell me "Failed to load Item Image". Could it be a security thing on the tablet? I'm so not familiar with Androids!

I'm not sure what would be causing this @leftnwrite
Try reinstalling the app and making sure your Android OS is fully updated to the latest version. That might help resolve the images loading incorrectly.

We recently added a bunch of items (with product images) onto our check out grid. The items are showing up on our second iPad but not the product images. Everything else is syncing fine, just not these new images. My sync settings are toggled to "on". Please help!

We're having the same issues as CW2596. We can see the item images on one iPad, but not on the other. We've signed out and back in, we've turned off the device and back on, we've uninstalled the app and reinstalled it through the Apple Store. This one device is still not showing the item images on the Square for Retail app.
Any other troubleshooting options out there?
