I accepted my loan on July 12th, today is the 18th? Is this new? Usually I had funds in hours.

Are loan approvals taking days now? I usually have funding within hours after I accept an offer. I have double check that no additional information as requested. Yet I am still on day six if you count the weekend day for if you do not.

Congratulations on your loan @JGPromotions .  The time frame does seem to be a bit longer than usual.  If you don't have anything in your email (or spam) from Square capital, I would try to reach out to the Square Capital Support customer service team tomorrow and see if some type of verification is holding things up.

I did reach out today and the person I spoke to said that she would mark it to be escalated. But it’s now 7 PM here on the East Coast and I still haven’t seen anything. Hopefully tomorrow it gets funded.

after five successful loans, they declined this one after I excepted the offer. I guess it will be time to move onto a different processing center. I have done excellent business with them and have always paid back early so at this point I am extremely disappointed in their customer service, and will be looking for a new company. Sad for them to lose an excellent customer over this, and to not have some personal attention. @Helen
