How to fix Incomplete Billing Address Error ?

My client is trying to checkout. She just moved to a newly constructed neighborhood and so her address is "wrong" it won't let her checkout even though her address is right. She said she's had packages delivered there before so is there a way for her to check out using this address or a way for me to override the wrong address field because it is the right address? How can I fix this so she can order?

HI, have you tried putting the address in Google search or on USPS.com?  Sometimes the post office abbreviates or maybe she's in between zip codes.

ex. My address has the word Lane and sometimes it will not accept the whole word, just Ln.
