How do I change item to services.

@BodybyTAR Welcome to the community. The Services tab is tied directly to Square Appointments, so the only way to move something there is to make it an Appointment service item.

 

The instructions below should help you get them moved over:
 
1. Turn on Square Appointments (if not already)
• In your Square Dashboard, go to Appointments.
• If you’ve never used it, follow the prompts to set up your business info (free plan works for this).
 
 
2. Create Your Items as Services
• Go to Appointments → Services in your dashboard.
• Click Create Service.
• Copy over the Name, Description, Price, and Image from your current product.
• Choose Duration (you can put any time, even 0 mins if it’s a fixed service).
• Toggle “Bookable Online” to ON so it appears on your website.
 
 
3. Hide or Delete the Old Product
• Go to Items → Site Items (or Item Library).
• Find the original product version.
• Either hide it from online store or delete it so you don’t have duplicates.
 
 
4. Check Your Services Tab Online
• On your Square Online site editor, the “Services” page will automatically list anything created as a service in Appointments.
• You can rearrange or rename the Services tab under Website → Site Navigation.
