Error 422 when collecting email online
Whether I'm using Square's Hosted Sign-Up Page or the Embedded Sign-Up Form, customers are getting an HTTP Error 422 error when submitting their filled-in form. This has been an issue for a few days.

Yikes, I apologize for not responding sooner.
I've embedded a sign-up form on the front page of my website; I got the code from here.
This is still happening today; after entering the email address in the form on my site, you're prompted to confirm you're not a robot and then the error page appears. The email still gets added, it appears, but is confusing for my customers obviously.
