Epson TM-P20ii Pairing Problem

I'm having a problem pairing the Epson TM-P20ii printers I just received to our Square Registers via bluetooth. I have done every troubleshooting suggestion. Is this a known problem or issue? Is there a better bluetooth receipt printer you can suggest?

@JoeGo1 That is a nice compact printer, just not sure it will work with the register.  I recommend checking out the list here:  https://squareup.com/us/en/compatibility/accessories/printers 

These are the ones that are known to work, although others may.  I recommend that you stay away from bluetooth, it works "most" of the time, but I prefer hard wired (usb) or ethernet.  Now I do approve of the wifi dongles that you can plug into the ethernet printer and it connects to wifi.  Bluetooth is great most of the time, till you are in a rush and it doesn't connect and you have to restart everything.
