Deleted items showing up in some sorts on shop all page.

I am brand new to Square and am trying to set up my online store. I have added and deleted the same inventory a bunch of times because I was trying to get the excel sheet setup. 

 

I finally got it right and deleted everything in both places and used the excel sheet to upload my items. Now on the website if I go to shop all and I do a sort of new items, they all come up but if I go to another one like a-z I have duplicates of deleted items. Every items I have has a picture with it. 

 

I have tried everything and searched online and can't figure out how to get this to work right. It is driving me nuts and I am ready to go find another company to work with because if this happens all the time, my life is going to be horrible. Any and all help is appreciated. 

 

I did add more items today hoping that would maybe sync it but it did not.

I'm sorry that this issue is persisting. I reached out to a technical support specialist who just re-indexed your website so that the deleted items will no longer appear. Please give it a couple of hours and clear your cache before double-checking that the deleted items are no longer appearing.

Thank you very much. I published the site. There is only 1 thing I have that should be showing that doesn't have a picture. All the old stuff doesn't have pictures.

I am going to have to look for another online store. If this can't work on the free account then there is no way I am going to pay money to upgrade. I don't have time for this. I need to be up and running by November. 

 

I deleted everything again and readded it and still shows deleted ghost items. How anyone can actually use this when it works like that I have no idea.

Thank you, it has been resolved. I have so much time into this I am going to stick with it for now. I appreciate the help.

Type a product name
