Credit Card Processing
I just tried to enter three different credit card numbers for two different customers and Square keeps declining them. We checked the credit card amounts and all cards have more than enough money to cover this order.
Is there a glitch in the system that Square is not accepting credit cards and if so when will this problem be rectified?
Anyone else having this problem? It seemed to just start today.

I don't know what the issue was. You'd have to call the card issuing bank to see why they were declining them. Square only passes on the answer it is supplied by the card issuing bank.
There are many reasons cards are declined besides funds. A few are, Location it was swiped or typed in, distance between locations swiped, purchase out of the ordinary based on their algorithms, purchase larger than their limit per purchase.
We ran 142 cards yesterday without a problem.

This seems to be happening to my online store as well. Three times, a different customer has reported their credit card not being accepted. And customer tried again a different time and it went through. I think we lost the other one. I have read your options. What would the problem be on the online store?

@TDOBT - You need to make sure your customer is using the correct zip code, address, etc., set up for the card, when using your site. If it's off by one digit it will not work.
I did a test with my credit card and didn't have any problems. My customer (I know her) asked me to input her credit card information but she mistakenly, transposed her zip code. I found out by going to usps and when I resubmitted it, it worked.
