HI, Square needs to update within their dashboard.

You can try to contact Customer Support with this link.  Monday to Friday, 6:00am-6:00pm PST.

Contact Customer Support

https://squareup.com/help/us/en/contact?panel=FAB456B04971&skip_unit_select=true

You will get a few options to contact, click Call Us, a new browser window will open with phone number and customer code.

You must be logged into your account and is best on a laptop or desktop.  Phone app sometimes displays unavailable at times.

Hope This Helps!

Hi @bmcpto,

Welcome to The Seller Community! Happy to help.

You can edit your email address from the Square Dashboard:

  1. To edit the email address associated with your Square account:
  2. Visit Settings > Account & Settings in your online Square Dashboard.
  3. Under Basic Information, click Change next to the current email address.
  4. If you already have 2-Step Verification enabled, enter and confirm the new email address you’d like to associate with your Square account > Change.
  5. If you’re not already using 2-Step Verification, select whether you’d like a verification code sent to the current email address or your phone number > Next.
  6. Enter the verification code > Submit.

If that doesn't seem to resolve the issue please go ahead and follow Goldneye advice above and contact our support team. Thanks again @Goldneye for stepping in. Direct Customer Support can further investigate and file a ticket if needed.

Please reach out if you need any further assistance!
