For the last few days I have not been able to get the bulk edit feature to load. I have tried both Firefox and Chrome (Windows 11 desktop computer) and it won't work on either. I select the items and when I hit the "Bulk Edit" button the screen looks like it is trying to load, but then it goes away after a second and I am left on the item screen where I selected the items.

@Sithkazar Thanks for the update! Since it's working on your home computer but not on the store's Windows 7 system, it’s likely an OS-related issue. Windows 7 is no longer supported by many modern web applications, so certain features may not function properly.

Unfortunately none of your suggestions solved the issue. The browsers are up to date. I also tried clearing the cache/cookies and using a private window. Its very strange.
I am a terrible liar about my OS. Its Windows 7, not 11. I have 11 on my home computer, but 7 on the one at the store. I'm going to try logging in on dashboard at home and see if I get the same weird glitch.
There are no error messages. The web address changes to the bulk edit, but I can't see or interact with it, only the regular page "underneath" it. When I reload nothing changes.
Edit: It works on my home computer.

That is a shame. I know it's old, but I don't really need anything fancy for the store so I wasn't planning on upgrading.
It worked fine until recently so they must of changed how the bulk edit works in the browser.

If it is not in the budget for a Windows 11 computer, try pricing a Chromebook for your store. I use 2 different Chromebooks at the store for editing my Square Dashboard. I also have 2 refurbished HP desktops that run windows 10 Pro. Just 2 alternatives that might be in the budget for replacing a windows 7 machine.
