Today, my professional plan is due to automatically upgrade to the new Plus plan. My website is down and my account is not showing as being upgraded yet. Is there a long downtime during the upgrade?

Your site should not experience any significant downtime or disruption during a subscription upgrade or renewal. If you're still having trouble with site visibility, I'd recommend republishing from your Site Editor.

Sign in to your Square Dashboard and go to Sales channels > Online > Website > Edit site.

Select Publish.

Click the link to your live site in the confirmation popup window to access your site.
If you're still encountering issues after that, could you share a link to your site and a screenshot of any errors that you're seeing on your Dashboard? I'd be happy to take a closer look.
