All items showing available for purchase but aren't in stock

I am a independent consultant in a direct sales company. I have uploaded pictures and descriptions for all the items but I only want the ones I've updated the stock level on to show as available for purchase. It took many hours over multiple days to get each of these pictures and descriptions uploaded so I could use this as a way to track inventory also. This site will not be the only way I sell things so I wasn't planning on all items being available for sale on here. Is there something I'm missing in setup?

@auntmegs945. You can edit the Items that you want to show on your website by going to Items in your Item Library > Visibility. See the picture below.
