Once again the iOS dashboard app was updated and brought back the issue where you can not see previous sales months for the remainder of the previous year when doing a year on year comparison. In addition when looking at daily sales the bar graph has been changed to a 24 hour format which make the relevant time frame for your average business day very small on the chart. I thought after last time they did this there was enough feedback for them to not do this again.

Hi again @MountainHouse 👋
Our team has let me know that they will release a fix to address this issue in the next app update, version 6.66. That's currently scheduled to release on 4/1. Appreciate you flagging this so I could bring it to their attention.
For now, they've done some tinkering on their end to roll back this issue. In order to see the changes they've made, you may need to log out and log back into the app.
Please give that a go and let me know how it works for you. I'll keep an eye out for your reply!

Hello @MountainHouse
I'm really sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with our latest update.
Have you tried uninstalling the app form your device, then downloading it again?
While the second issue you described sounds like a change in the way we present information on the app, the first one might be a bug.
If you could attach a couple of screenshots here showing these issues, that would me amazing. Just make sure to remove any personal information before posting. Once I get those, I will escalate your concern.
Thank you ✨

Attached shows that the months of the year for the previous year are no longer displayed on a year on year report. Previous to the last update all months were populated.

they posted an app update which fixed the missing data for previous months and years, but now the math is all wrong. Instead of the comparison being year to date or month to date they are comparing the entirety of the previous month or year. For example on month to month comparison it says March 1-5 2024, but the sales listed are for the entire month of 3/24 instead days 1-5.

Thank you for following up, @MountainHouse. I'm sorry that you're still experiencing some issues with the reporting in Dashboard app 😞
I've escalated your feedback to the Dashboard App Team. I'll be sure to update you here with what I find out. Thanks for your patience until then 🙏
For now, I'm going to mark my reply as the Best Answer to this thread so other Sellers can find this as well. I can update this later on when we have a solution.
