I am researching pre-orders using Square, and I am a little confused by the lack of some things:
-It seems that Item tracking has to be turned off for pre-orders to work (this is a game store and our pre-orders will be used to know how many items to order). This was fine, but upon "receiving" my test order, no indication was given that some of these items had been pre-ordered. A notification or alert to set aside a certain amount of an item would be very helpful.
-When checking the Register for the test order, there was no indication that this order was a pre-order. I will need my staff to know that certain orders are pre-orders and some are regular online/local pickup orders. A separate tab or tag for pre-orders would be very helpful.
Maybe I'm simply missing these options but if I'm not, I would very much like to see them added to the pre-order process.

At this time, this would be considered a Feature Request. As a workaround, I have noticed other Sellers using pre-orders, placing the word (Pre-order) in the Item Name for easy Customer and employee visibility.
