Restaurant POS, how to add a "menu" set of items to online store to accept online orders

Hey friends, am newly operating POS for restaurants with a KDS screen in kitchen.  Now that we are getting the hang of it, I want to turn on my ability to accept online orders for the restaurant, but hope that I can do that as a batch related to a predetermined menu. 

For instance, I have my "Regular Restaurant Menu" already set up and defined, and I have created a separate menu with same items from my library but listed into "Online Orders".  The use of menus is important because I also have a catalog of items that are not on the menu, but a part of my 1500 item/SKU retail convenience store, things that do not get sold through the restaurant sit down side of our business (but all those items are in my inventory and get sold through a square for retail register.)

As a bonus, would love to get people's best practices for online pricing of their to go or delivery/pickup items... my restaurant has never had door dash etc, and I am scared to death of losing the slim profitability I have created by being dumb about pricing or service charges on those orders.
