Help Needed: Discrepancy Between KDS and POS Order Status
Hi everyone,
I'm encountering an issue with our ordering system. When a customer places an order using a KIOSK, and it's marked as completed on the Kitchen Display System (KDS), it still appears as "Ready" instead of "Completed" on all POS systems network-wide. This inconsistency occurs despite the order being taped and confirmed as completed on the KDS.
Is there a setting adjustment or a solution to align the status displays between the KDS and POS? I'm hoping to resolve this without resorting to manual corrections.

Okay, I found a setting on the KDS that allowed me to complete the order for all devices as an option. Likely, this will solve my issue.

Well... that did not work. With setting the KDS to complete orders for all devices, the following order placed on the KIOSK never showed up on the KDS display, back to the drawing board. -Mark
