Reports Printing Tiny, receipts printing smaller but not tiny

We changed nothing and now server reports and end of day print tiny like unreadable tiny.  Also the actual receipts seem to be smaller as well.  Take a look at the photo?PXL_20250724_201239852.jpg

This is happening to all of our reports as well.  Receipts are all printing out at different sizes for awhile and now all end of shift and close of day reports are printing miniature.  I can't read them and they aren't printing clearly.

 

This happened after we updated all the POS to the last update.  It happened a few years ago and there was a way to change it in settings, but it is no longer there.

 

HELP!

I am so glad I found this thread.... It helps to know I am not alone. I am having the exact same trouble with close of day and shift reports. It started about 3 weeks ago with one ipad and printer... then last week it is affecting all of them. I am confident it is some update that has caused this. After spending too much time with Square on the phone, Apple on the phone and the printer manufacturer, I was no closer to an answer. I am surprised the Square help desk did not know this was an ongoing problem. 

I too have checked to be sure the app is updated to the most current update and I still have the problem.
