One of our two cash drawers is not prompting us to start day
We use a square stand with and Ipad and cash drawer. The only obvious difference between the two is that the one downstairs is the one we use to except online orders. Every morning the downstairs one prompts us to " Start the Day" our upstairs one does not. This is only a problem because it does not prompt them until the do a paid out and then our reporting is off because the are not starting the day until about 10 minutes before they leave. We are able to start it on our own and that is what we are doing but it would be nice if the both did it.

First, let's make sure that Cash Management has been enabled on the device where you're not being prompted to start the Cash Drawer. Cash Management needs to be enabled on each Point of Sale that you'd like to use it on.
You can do this by following these steps:
1. Open the Square POS app.
2. Tap ≡ More > Settings.
3. Scroll down to Add-ons and tap Cash Management.
4. Toggle ON Use on this device under Manage add-on.
