Is there any way to change the order in which the "tip" and "loyalty" screen appear to the customer?

Is there any way to change the order in which the "tip" and "loyalty" screen appear to the customer?  I would like to see the "tip" options and loyalty phone number entry appear before removing the credit card from the customer display. Is that possible?
