Invalid Location

Hi i keep getting invalid locations on my terminals. I signed up in the US, and i am still in the US. No i have not left the US. Yes my software is up to date and yes i factory reset my devices. Please help im loosing sales and they said they’re closed all weekend.

@sickbeetsmerch Do you happen to be using a VPN to route your internet traffic?  Sometimes VPN's can make you look like you are in an unsupported country.  You don't really need the security of a vpn as all transactions are encrypted to begin with.
