Hello, I have an annual problem with Square Payroll. Square's site mentions they process the Ohio It-941 form annually, but there is no record of this process within the Tax Forms section of the dashboard. So I have to blindly trust this action is being performed or create one myself which is an unnecessary burden. I've been creating this form myself for the past few years after one year when Ohio reached out to tell me they never received it and then they charged me a penalty for late filing. Every year, I call Square Payroll to inquire about this issue. Can this be fixed so we have access to all forms submitted on our behalf?

I completely understand how important it is to have visibility into all tax forms filed on your behalf, especially after your past experience with the Ohio IT-941. While Square Payroll does process this form annually, I definitely recognize that having direct access to it in your Tax Forms section would provide greater transparency and peace of mind.
I would recommend continuing to reach out to our Payroll Support team to verify the filing status for this year and ensure everything is submitted correctly.
I will also forward this to a Payroll Product Manager so they can take this feedback into account as well.
