Square Reporting Empty Even Though Transactions Shown

Hello,

 

I've just had a sale date today, and on my square POS app as well as in transactions I can see that I've made $140 of sales volume today. However, when I go to reporting, there is only 14 dollars. This for me is a problem because commission for my employees is not calculated correctly. Could this just be because reporting has a long delay in updating?

Hello @Jake8 thanks for your post. I'm sorry you're having trouble with this. I would check your Close of Business setting:

If your setting for your business' close of day is (for example) 5 pm, but your store is still open until 9 pm, then any sales made between 5pm - 9 pm won't show on your report until the next day. If you change your close of day setting to reflect your true hours for the day operations, this should keep all of your daily sales on a single day report.
