Colorado SecureSavings - how can I export my employee personal data?

To complete registration for the new Colorado SecureSavings program (which is MANDATORY), I have to input data for all my employees.

They need:

SSN, Name, Address, email address, phone number, BIRTHDATE.

All the info is in Square, but I don't see a way to simply export it to a CSV file.

Although their upload template doesn't have a field for HIRE DATE, I need it to determine if someone is eligible (must be employed for > 180 days) for the program.

They provide a .CSV template for doing a bulk upload, with these fields (payroll ID is not mandatory):

SSNFirst NameMiddle NameLast NameBirthdatePhysical Address 1Physical Address 2Physical CityPhysical StatePhysical Zip CodePrimary PhoneEmailMailing Address 1Mailing Address 2Mailing Address CityMailing Address StateMailing Zip CodeExternal Payroll ID

HOW DO I EXPORT THIS FROM SQUARE PAYROLL?

Hi @ibrogden - Thanks for reaching out!

I appreciate your interest in making the most of our services, and I understand the importance of data management.

Currently, exporting employee personal data directly from Square Payroll is not a feature that we offer. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

The best way to ensure that this is implemented, I'd recommend adding it to our Ideate Board, which is a platform that allows our sellers to suggest awesome new ideas to our engineers and collaborate with other sellers on workarounds to these features in the meantime.

Here's the link: https://www.sellercommunity.com/t5/Feature-Requests/ct-p/Beta-Feature-Requests

Your feedback is valuable and Square is continuously working to improve our services. Your input is essential in helping us enhance the platform.

Thank you for choosing Square Payroll, and we appreciate the opportunity to support your business needs.
