SQUARE
I DONT KNOW IF ANYONE IS FACING THE SAME. WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON AT SQUARE THEY ARE NOT PROCESSING ORDERS BUT RATHER DECLINING AND CANCELLING ORDERS 20MINS AFTER YOU ORDER A HARDWARE ON INSTALLMENT. INSTALLMENT ARE BEING OFFERED ALRIGHT BUT THEY NOT PROCESSING ORDERS. IS ANYONE FACING SAME PROBLEM?

@deolan the only reason I am aware of where Square would process and then cancel an order is if the installment agreement was revoked for some reason. Maybe a failed credit check. Maybe a failed business identity check. Anyway, if a hardware order is cancelled, an email was probably sent explaining the reason(s). If it is not in your inbox (or your sister’s, since you sound like someone else I answered about an hour ago), check the spam/junk box to see if your email server didn’t recognize it.
You can also call Square Sales Support at [Redacted]
If Square was not processing ANY hardware orders at all, there would be tons of posts on this site, and lots of complaints on Facebook and Twitter. I’m not seeing any online chatter, so it’s a good bet that whatever is going on is specific to your account.
I hope you get it resolved soon.

Hey @deolan, I understand that you’re frustrated but please be aware that this is in main a user to user community of people that use Square products and do their best to support others that do or are interested in them.
With this in mind the way you’ve written your posts, but mainly the response to Chip really isn’t acceptable and falls below what your fellow sellers deserve.
Can I suggest you take a moment to take stock of the situation and contact the Square support team directly who can look into account specific things. Remember that they also deserve respect, they are there to help and do a good job but they might need to you repeat some things that you’ve already covered.
