out of stock

I make products to order and can't remove "out of stock" notation on featured menu items.  Please provide detailed instructions how to make this go away.  I don't want to track stock and am not selling on-line.

I updated this but it still shows the "Out of Stock" once I add the featured menu items. I even logged out and logged back in but still shows. What am I missing?

It sounds like you've tried all of tricks @tranguyen mentioned in the thread, then I would suggest reaching our to our CS Team directly 1-855-700-6000. 

They will be able to dig into the details to see where the break in chain is for your Inventory.

Im getting an "out of stock" message on my live page. All the stock is managed and cant figure out where its coming from? Granted Im still learning this site plan, so it could be right in front of my face!?!

Good to see you posting in the Seller Community again, welcome back! 

 

So ordinarily, when an item is indicating "out of stock", and stock tracking is enabled, the item will be marked as Out of stock on your Square Online site.

 

Can you try the following:

 

Setting Stock Level

To set/update the amount of stock for an item:

  • Select an Item from the Item Library, or Site Item List
  • Under Additional Information, click Update in the Stock field.
  • Enter the amount of stock for the item.

Hi there,

I'm having this same issue. I have pickup set for each item and the tracking is on, stock is entered for the correct location. I'm just trying to figure it out before I go live accepting orders. Please help!

I'm playing around with the mixed cranberry cheesecake. And it still says out of stock.

Hey @DoBarBakery, can you try one more step for me and see if it'd help resolve the issue?

 

On your Square Online site, go into Fulfilment > Shipping and click the Edit button next to your site. Please make sure that the location selected on the dropdown is the right location with stock. 

 

If you've tried that and it still doesn't work, can you share a link to the website with me so I can take a look?
