is there an app integration or a way to to display orders from the POS device to the kitchen or prep area on 2nd device that can even take names ect.. for the order?

Welcome to the community.

I believe you are talking about a Kitchen Display Screen known as KDS. Square does have their own and there are third party suppliers who do similar. I personally use Fresh KDS in our shop.

These are basically a digital ticket.
