Unfortunately, Square accounts in certain aspects cannot be "reset". For example, due to laws and regulations, certain data cannot just be "reset". I have included some information below that could be helpful. Let me or @frances_a know if you have further questions.
To "reset" a Square account back to its default settings, you would essentially need to perform a factory reset on your Square hardware device (like a Square Register or Terminal), which will revert the device settings to their original state while still maintaining your account information like items, transactions, and customer details when you log back in; to manage account settings within your Square dashboard, access the "Settings" section to modify details like business information and payment processing options.
-
Accessing the factory reset option:Depending on your Square device, navigate to the settings menu and locate the "Factory Reset" option.
-
Data preservation:While the device settings will reset, your Square account data (transactions, customer list, etc.) will remain intact when you log back in.
-
Important considerations:
- Offline transactions: Ensure any pending offline transactions are uploaded before performing a factory reset.
- Backup your settings: If you have custom settings on your device, consider taking notes before resetting.
- Login information: You will need your Square account login credentials to access your data after the reset.
- Offline transactions: Ensure any pending offline transactions are uploaded before performing a factory reset.

Hello @Veeta0710 👋
Welcome to our Community!
I'm not sure I understand your goal here.
Is there a specific thing you'd like removed from your account?
Are you using your account for a different business now?
Please share more details about how you plan on using your account and I'll be happy to guide you.
Thank you.
