Can't clear "Verify your identity" notification in app

The title of this thread has been edited by a Square Moderator from the original: "Verify my Identity"

 

Launch The Square App om my iPhone or the Square Terminal and a black card pops up that says START TAKING PAYMENTS TODAY Verify your Identity to begin processing payments Blue Button says Get Started --- click on the blue button and it goes to a page that says FINALIZE ACCOUNT SETUP WITH BLUE BUTTON CONTINUE TO SQUAREUP.COM Go there and there is nothing that ask me to do... how do I complete this process and make the notice go away?20250312_214056557_iOS.png

First, I recommend checking your Square Dashboard online to see if there's any notifications on your homepage that are similar to the one you're seeing on your phone. If not, we may be able to resolve this with a little troubleshooting. Give the steps listed here a try, in that instance.
