Hi @iyarnchef.  You have to create a website using Square Online in order to obtain your URL.   Here are a few helpful Square step-by-step articles.  There are lots more articles, but this will get you going with the basics.  You can also, for example, set up an online store for selling your products.  Let me know if you need anything else.

Was my post helpful? Take a moment to mark it as a possible "best answer." I hate the term, and wish we could just mark posts as "helpful." But this is our only mechanism at the moment. Just remember "Best answer" should be interpreted as "helpful," and nothing more. LOL. "Best" (ugh) answers help folks possibly find solutions to similar problems they are hoping to solve.

I've already created a webpage using square online (in fact there seem to be 2) both with different addresses and I want to get rid of one of them because the system keeps updating the wrong one!!!!!

I use the square APP on my phone when at shows and all my inventory info in that is wonderful, but I'd like to have the same information on my online PAGE hopefully withou

t having to input over 100 products AGAIN on a different platform

okay the problem seems to be i have 2 "subdomains" one is my actual shop name which is the one I WANT to keep and another one with random numbers which i want to DELETE.

I can't find any reason why this new one is even there, but I can't get rid of it and every time I try to make changes it default to the random one NOT my original domain.....WTH is going on

Without seeing your configuration I can’t tell you. And subdomains don’t have anything to do with the free URL. Unless you mean you have two .square.site addresses which is very odd.

You need to get on the phone with support here. I’m not sure how you did this but they should be able to fix it.

I understand life, @iyarnchef.  Ha.  Anyway, in this case (since I have no clue how to “get rid” of a free URL, you’ll need to make some time when life lets you to contact Square Customer Success.  They can help you get your site attached to the correct URL as well as delete/deactivate the one you don’t need.  Calling them should be much quicker than us going back and forth here.  I’ve looked at my dashboard and can’t find anything about deleting .square.site URLs.

Good luck,
