Why is the stock count of my online items not updating on my Square Online site?

The title of this thread has been edited from the original: Stock Available Not Updating.

Since the migration of online items to the items library, I cannot update stock. I have added new items and tried to update old items with new stock available amounts and they are still showing on my site as out of stock. I have inspected each listing thoroughly but cannot find what I'm doing wrong. Please help! I'm heading into my main selling season and I need all items to be updated on my online site as I update them. I have emailed Square support but as of yet, they have not responded except to say they could not find my account, which was absurd since I contacted them from my account 😞
